My Review:

I love to color and when I saw that I was able to review an adult coloring book I was excited. At first I was a bit confused by the images. Why were retro looking items incorporated into nature inspired images? I just didn’t get it until I re-read the description.  Then it all made more sense to me.  The images are very creative and incorporates a two page spread. I like the feel of the pages they are very smooth and take the color pencils very well.  I really like that the cover that you see is just a dust jacket. Underneath the cover looks the same only its not colored in so you can make the actual cover look the way you want to.  I love the nature scenes and the repeating patterns. I must admit that this had a whole lot more white space than I anticipated. I would have preferred more intricate patterns and minus the 80’s un-nature like items. But that is my personal preference and you might enjoy that mix of nature and retro.  The artist is very talented and I definitely think everyone should at least check this one out.
